Attention to Detail
Every garment is created from the very start with a special attention to detail. When we choose the fabric to cut, we inspect it meticulously to ensure there are no imperfections that could create defects in the final garment. We also verify its stability, to be certain that the jacket will maintain its desired shape and size. The canvas of each jacket is soaked for a full day, making it more stable during the crafting process and preserving the correct shape. Finally, we always prioritise the use of natural materials, such as horsehair. This is how our garments become small masterpieces of perfection.

We believe in the right balance between technological innovation and artisanal knowledge. That is why, despite the use of cutting-edge machinery, we know that certain stages of production must be done by hand, starting with the cutting of checked or striped fabric, so that the pattern matches perfectly on the final garment. The sleeve and collar are also attached by hand. The needle and thread, guided by the artisan, follow the silhouette of the garment, and only in this way can the correct tension of the stitches be achieved, ensuring that once worn, the garment follows the body’s contours like a second skin. Every single gesture of our tailors’ hands is precious and essential to achieving final perfection.

Between one stage of production and the next, we carry out continuous inspections to ensure the result will be exactly as desired and that no small imperfection has escaped previous checks. Even the final steps are performed strictly by hand by our artisans, in full respect of tailoring tradition: the pressing of the garment and darts, the attachment of buttons, and the finishing of buttonholes. Once the garment is ready, it is left in the warehouse for a few weeks to settle; before shipping, we perform the final checks on all its parts, with the same care and attention that have distinguished the entire production process. The result is a unique garment, wonderful to wear and pleasing to the eye.
